About

Andrea Ciulu

I’m Andrea Ciulu, an Italian digital artist, born in Rome in the 1980s. With a background as a writer and visual artist, I have been working in the creative industries for the last twenty years in roles of creative direction. My artistic work is an ongoing exploration of the limits of memory and of our perception of reality: a research conducted by exploiting technology and its intrinsic limits, by mixing the familiar with the uncanny, nostalgia with bewilderment. My work has been exhibited in Rome, Paris, Berlin, London, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Mexico City.
